Rates

Per-Project Hourly Rate: $75.00

Discounted Prepayment Package Hourly Rate: $65.00
Hours are pre-paid in 10 hour chunks of time. The hours do not expire. Payments are due prior to work starting. Projects must be arranged and agreed upon ahead of time. We require a 3 day lead time. However, if time allows project may be completed the same day.

Retainer Package Hourly Rate: $60.00
Continuous Monthly Retainer 20+ hours a month. Payments rendered are considered fully earned and non-refundable. Unused hours are not carried over; it is the responsibility of the client to use their retained hours each month. Contact us for more information.

Benefits of working with Virtual Simplicity instead of hiring an Employee

• We are independent contractors and take care of our own taxes.

• We don’t charge for down time. You will only be charged for the actual time we are working on your project. If we take a coffee break, check emails, get up for a glass of water or answer the phone – you will not be charged for this time. We charge by the minute. If your project takes 2 hours and 47 minutes to complete you will be billed for 2 hours and 47 minutes.

• You don’t have to pay for office equipment. We have our own computers, fax machines, printers, telephones, etc

• We can work as much or as little as you need. You don’t have to hire a full time employee. We understand the ups and downs of small businesses and we are willing to work with the patterns of your business.
